First Weigh In!

My first weigh in was last night and I was super nervous. I ate well but just being on my time of the month as well as it being an evening weigh in were the variable that I just did not feel I could control. It turns out that we weigh in and no one else sees the number but they announce to the room how much weight lost. I lost 8.2 pounds! WAHOO! That's 4lbs a week. I was hoping for at least 6 so I'm happy. One girl on our team is way smaller than me and lost 12. The biggest loser competition is on largest percentage lost so a smaller person losing more weight is definately a higher percentage. I just need to work it out! :)

I'm taking today as a rest day since I was there late and then even up later watching The Voice. I think it's better so I can take 2 cardio classes on the weekend instead of having one of them be my rest day.

The rest of this week's work outs will go like this: Wednesday - full body workout, Thursday - Cardio, Friday - lower body workout, Saturday- spin class (eek!), Sunday - body boogie.

The Saturday Spin Class is actually taught by my trainer. He said he'd go easy on me. :) The Sunday class is a dance type of class so I'm hoping it's fun. Now today, I get to see if I can survive Valentine's Day with 25 2nd graders! EEK!
