So I woke my butt up bright and early this morning for another session with Mark at 6am at the gym. We did a full body work out which I liked. I can totally do this on my own and my muscles are so tired right now. It's a good feeling!
After our workout I weighed in and I lost 3.2 lbs the first week. WOOHOO! The first OFFICIAL Biggest Loser weigh in is next Monday night. I'm going to have to push hard this week to get my workouts in and to get my food plan in gear. I must say it is much easier during the week with my regular schedule and being away from the kitchen. I did well this week minus a bit of a crab feast on Sunday night with my parents. At least Crab is pretty low in calories but still.
So the reason I work out in the mornings is because I'd rather sacrafice my time that way instead of taking away from "Zoe time". She is still sleeping and I can still spend as much of my day as possible with her. Especially since I always have meeting in the evenings, like today. Today is a preschool board meeting from 7-10. 10 is now way past my bedtime so I hope it doesn't run late.
Overall, I'm feeling good and on track. 7 days down, 83 to go. :)
