So today has been a struggle. I have been doing really really good about getting up every morning and working out, but I have not been doing well getting to sleep at night. You see, once Zoe goes to bed around 8 or 8:30, I have to get my lunch ready, my gym bag ready, and then I just want some time for myself to sit and veg. I am teaching kids all day and then come home to my own child. So, it hasn't been working so well. I need more sleep.
On top of that all, my monthly friend came. Which means....CRAVINGS! What didn't help was that today was "fun friday" and there were donuts, frosted cookies, Costco muffins and chips on the table. Everything a person in my "condition" would love to pig out on. I was able to avoid it all, but I think I ate too much spaghetti. I'm having eater's remorse. Especially since Monday is my first weigh in. Tomorrow I'll be doing some cardio and Sunday will be my rest day.
I know it's Saturday night and all but I'm going to bed. I will have to catch up on all my sleep sometime... Might as well be now.
