Simple pleasures

So this is my first blog of my mommy blog. I hope that I will be able to update this regularly since I have lots to say and share about being a mommy, but any mom or dad with a new baby knows that having time for anything for yourself is rare.

Today, when Craig got home I had the pleasure of taking a shower. I feel so good now that I'm clean. I swear my daughter bathes more than I do now. We're trying to get her on a schedule of sorts so we will give her a bath around 8-10 every night, depending when she wakes to feed. Me? I bathe when I get a chance. I was getting desperate this last time. Sometimes I even have a hard time trying to find time to even just brush my teeth! These all have become the simple pleasures in life.

I loooooove being a mommy though. My little girl is the most perfect thing to me! I love it!
